An exciting opportunity for an aspiring Admin Assistant has presented within the automotive sector. Our client is looking for someone who has a general interest in this sector to join their Wembley branch. The company is currently undergoing major expansion plans and will shortly have two new branches lending employees’ further scope for promotion and career advancement.

Our client:

Our client is the largest independent importer and distributor of crash repair parts in London. Established since 1972, they have an extensive understanding of the automotive industry and unrivalled knowledge in this competitive and forever changing industry.

The role:

Possible start date: 06.05.2024

Monday to Friday; 9:00am to 5:00pm

Total working hours: 35

What you will do in your working day:

  • Coordinate all administrative tasks within the department
  • Work closely with managers and supervisors to provide administration support
  • Goods receiving
  • Filing
  • Create reports, produce spreadsheets and bind documentation
  • Drafting and sending out correspondence
  • Maintain company in-house database

The training you will receive:

  • Level 3 Business Administration qualification
  • All training is undertaken online, through a combination of self-paced eLearning and live online classes
  • Functional skills in English & Mathematics if required

Prospects:

The successful candidate can go on to further training or into employment.

Qualifications required:

GCSE or equivalent English (Grade A* - C 9/4) - Desired

GCSE or equivalent Mathematics (Grade A* - C 9/4) - Desired

Personal Skills required:

  • IT skills
  • Administrative skills

  • Team working
