A fantastic opportunity has become available to join a well-established and growing business in the Birmingham area for a Business Administration Assistant. This role is designed for someone who is highly orgainsed, can multitask and has a passion for delivering exceptional quality service to external and internal customers.

Job Role Duties:

  • Working closely with the business manager and supporting with administrative tasks
  • Supporting with documentation for expos and events
  • Diary management
  • Booking in appointments
  • Creation work on PowerPoint
  • Speaking with customers for updates, chasing payments or account details
  • Working closely with SAP, data inputting and data transfer.
  • Supporting the sales process and ensuring seamless and efficient operation.
  • Supporting any areas within the business

Key skills & Experience:

  • The successful person will have extensive experience and will proficient using SAP
  • Ability to use, CRM, MS Office/365, Excel, Powerpoint & Word
  • Effective Communicator
  • Detail-Oriented
  • Customer-Focused
  • Organised
  • Team Player
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in business administration.
