Muscle Injury Clinic are a family run business who thrive on providing the highest standard of manual therapy through our service-driven patient journey, and their unwavering determination to achieve results. They aim to succeed with every patient and ensure that all colleagues feel part of the family.

Due to the continued growth and success of the business they are looking to recruit a Business Administration Apprentice to join the team. You will be working towards an SCQF Level 6 Diploma.

What the role looks like:

  • Welcome patients into the clinic when they arrive for their appointments and sign them in accordingly
  • Book patients into clinic appointments
  • Respond to customer queries
  • Answer telephone calls and transfer accordingly
  • Prepare invoices for clients
  • Muscle Injury Clinic also run a Yoga, Pilate and Karate function so you will support with this area of the business too

What qualities should you have:

  • Good communication skills, written and verbal
  • Eager to learn
  • Ability to use own initiative
    Able to work on own or as part of a team
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Office packages such as Word and Excel

Salary:

£12,675 per annum

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Starting with insights into your current potential, they plan your growth in a programmatic way, close skills gaps with immersive training and ensure what you learn is applicable to what you do. They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
