Building Surveyor
A leading property consultancy in Milton Keynes is in search of a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their expanding team.
The successful Building Surveyor's role
The successful Building Surveyor will become part of a collaborative and supportive team, providing services to a diverse clientele in the commercial, retail, office, and industrial sectors.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling dilapidations, party wall issues, technical due diligence, and contract administration for both construction and fit-out projects.
- Performing building pathology, condition surveys, and measured surveys to gain a thorough understanding of each project.
- Assisting the team in upholding high standards of service delivery to ensure client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
The successful Building Surveyor will have?
- MRICS accredited ideally, but not essential.
- 3+ years of Building Consultancy experience.
- RICS degree educated.
- Client focused and commercially minded with a direct approach.
- Techincal building surveying knowledge
