Building Surveyor

A leading property consultancy in Milton Keynes is in search of a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their expanding team.

The successful Building Surveyor's role

The successful Building Surveyor will become part of a collaborative and supportive team, providing services to a diverse clientele in the commercial, retail, office, and industrial sectors.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling dilapidations, party wall issues, technical due diligence, and contract administration for both construction and fit-out projects.
• Performing building pathology, condition surveys, and measured surveys to gain a thorough understanding of each project.
• Assisting the team in upholding high standards of service delivery to ensure client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

The successful Building Surveyor will have?

• MRICS accredited ideally, but not essential.
• 3+ years of Building Consultancy experience.
• RICS degree educated.
• Client focused and commercially minded with a direct approach.
• Techincal building surveying knowledge
