A progressive consultancy firm located in Kent is on the lookout for a driven and dynamic Building Surveyor to enhance their Building Surveying team.

The Role of the Building Surveyor

The appointed Building Surveyor will be tasked with a diverse range of responsibilities. These duties include contract management, addressing dilapidations, managing party wall matters, and executing acquisition surveys.

Additionally, a pivotal aspect of the role involves mentoring and nurturing the development of junior team members within the Building Surveying division.

The successful Building Surveyor will have?

  • MRICS qualified ideally.
  • 2+ years of PQE.
  • RICS degree educated.
  • Client focused and commericially minded.
  • Collaborative approach and good teamwork.
  • Management experience would be beneficial but not essential.
