Building Surveyor
An innovative and forward-thinking construction consultancy is seeking a Building Surveyor to strengthen their team in the Exeter office.
This opportunity is ideal for an ambitious Building Surveyor eager to engage in both traditional Building Surveying as well as Project Management services.
The Building Surveyors' role
The successful Building Surveyor will engage in a variety of projects across diverse sectors, including education, residential (both social and private), MoD, and conservation.
This role offers the chance to collaborate closely on significant projects as well as manage some projects independently, providing a balanced experience of both teamwork and autonomous responsibility.
This role is crafted as a long-term career opportunity, with clear progression plans aimed at supporting both your professional and personal growth. Future responsibilities will include client management, business development, and team leadership, positioning you to achieve your career aspirations within the consultancy.
The Building Surveyor
- Qualified with MRICS, or at least working towards completion of APC
- Experience within a similar consultancy environment
- An interest in working across a variety of sectors is beneficial
