A forward-thinking and autonomous property consultancy located in the vibrant centre of London is on the lookout for an accomplished Building Surveyor to join their expert team.

The successful Building Surveyor's Role

The appointed Building Surveyor will play a pivotal role within a dedicated team of 10 other Building Surveyors, dedicated to delivering exceptional building surveying services.

• Primarily responsible for the management and execution of dilapidation projects for a diverse range of commercial clientele.
• Engage in a wide variety of building surveying tasks, ensuring a rich and stimulating range of responsibilities.
• Work cohesively within the team to uphold and enhance the consultancy's distinguished reputation within the real estate industry.

The successful Building Surveyor will have?

• MRICS qualified ideally, or pursing APC via experienced route.
• Experience within a consultancy enviroment.
• Proven experience in managing dilapidation projects for commercial clients, demonstrating technical expertise and client-focused approach.
• A broad understanding and experience in core building surveying services.
• Excellent communication skills, essential for client interaction and team collaboration.
