Your new company
A national consultancy with over 150 people working across building surveying, agency, quantity surveying and valuation. The Manchester office is located within an easy commute from both Piccadilly and Oxford Road train stations. Beautiful, open-plan modern office close to all the local amenities.


Your new role
Your role will involve building surveys, dilapidation, condition surveys, measured surveys across commercial office space, retail and public sector frameworks. You will be working as part of a team alongside the cost consultancy and general practice surveying teams.


What you'll need to succeed
This employer is looking for an ambitious and hard-working building surveyor. You will be degree qualified in building surveying, ideally chartered or on the way to become chartered with experience working on similar sector projects.
