Building Surveyor
A leading built environment consultancy is eager to appoint a Building Surveyor to join their Leeds team.
This role offers the chance to be an integral part of a robust team of building surveyors engaged in a broad spectrum of professional and project-related work.
The Building Surveyor role
As a Building Surveyor in this dynamic role, you will be involved in all aspects of building surveying across educational, commercial, and industrial sectors.
You will be entrusted with the full spectrum of building surveying services, including, but not limited to, design and specification, contract administration surveys, and dilapidations.
The opportunity to work across such a diverse range of projects and responsibilities will allow for a varied and enriching professional experience.
The Building Surveyor
- Prospective candidates should be working towards or have achieved MRICS status.
- A solid background in building surveying, with experience spanning various sectors.
- Proficiency in design and specification, knowledgeable about the role of clerk of works, and skilled in contract administration and dilapidation surveys.
- Capable of effectively managing multiple projects and responsibilities.
