The Building Surveyor role
The chosen Building Surveyor will be seamlessly integrated into the wider Building Consultancy Division, where they will be tasked with contributing to projects that not only challenge but also significantly aid in professional growth.
This position is designed to thrust you into the forefront of the industry, providing unparalleled exposure to a variety of sectors including commercial, office, and retail.
The Building Surveyor
- Holds a BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
- Demonstrates a proactive approach to professional development, with aspirations to work towards MRICS accreditation or already achieved it.
- Exhibits experience or a keen interest in managing a diverse range of building surveying tasks across commercial, office, and retail sectors.
- Shows capability in working both independently and as a collaborative team member, backed by excellent problem-solving skills and a drive for results.
