Building Surveyor

We are recruiting an excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor to oversee repairs and maintenance works.

-Undertake detailed building surveys to diagnose causative factors for damp, mould and repairs.

-Handling cases of disrepair.

-Production of detailed reports regarding repair cases.

-Writing specifications and scheduling works to be completed.

-Supervision of contractors undertaking the works.

-Quality checking of works.

Candidates should be experienced in the diagnosis of repairs, have a good understanding of damp and mould, experience managing repairs in domestic properties and have appropriate qualifications or equivalent experience.
