The Client:

The Role:

As a Building Surveyor, you'll work on projects across the South and East of England, contributing to expanding surveying services regionally and nationally, closely linked with architectural and heritage consultancy.

Requirements:

• Previously worked as a Building Surveyor or in a similar role.
• At least 2 years' post-graduate experience as a building surveyor or hold a Chartered RICS membership.
• Knowledge of building decay and repair.
• Familiarity with technical standards and regulations.
• Passion for working on historic buildings.
• IHBC affiliate membership. (Desirable)
• Valid driving licence.
