The company is currently seeking an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor (Senior or Associate level) to join their well-established Consultancy.

With offices located in London and South East London, the company is experiencing growth through continued awarding of new frameworks. Their primary focus revolves around Resi (Social Housing), Education, Leisure, and Commercial projects.

Internally, the company places a strong emphasis on individual growth and development. Many surveying team members have been with the company for extended periods, benefiting from personal and professional growth.

The role in question is a specialised one, concentrating on public sector projects in Resi and Education. To be eligible for this position, candidates must be a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS), preferably with experience in Social Housing Projects. Additionally, self-motivation and a strong understanding of main Building Surveying activities are essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary of up to £80k along with attractive benefits.
