Building Surveyor Property Consultants Senior / Associate Level - West End

This is a leading property consultancy with an impressive client list of funds, property companies and occupiers, they have a very good reputation and they now seek a Chartered Surveyor at either Senior or Associate level to join their large Building Surveying team.

The team has a flat structure and has adopted a model where they work in streams, the result is they have adopted a much more cooperative style of working. In addition to that they like all of their Building Surveyors to keep their skills fresh in each stream so you can stay somewhat general in your skill-set whilst building up considerable expertise in your key area. There is also scope to refocus yourself into another area in the future if desired.

There are several positions available so if you prefer a specific area of work (eg Project work or professional work) this can be accommodated. Within your sub team you will be given full autonomy to make decisions, and there is a strong emphasis on external client contact as well as working closely with other internal clients and teams such as Agency, Valuation and Property Management.

The function is rapidly expanding and there is a really good career path in front of you, with a genuine opportunity to attain Director level, in addition the company have a very generous budget for ongoing training and development for each of their Surveyors.

Experience wise you need to be MRICS chartered and have previous experience of working in a multi-disciplinary consultancy environment.
