Building Services Technician

This is the exciting opportunity for an experience Building Services Technician to join an in demand multidisciplined consultancy in their offices in Birmingham. This will allow the successful individual to work on a variety of projects, ranging on scale, complexity and sector.

Role responsibilities include:

  • Through Revit you will develop 3D and M&E models and drawings
  • Keep up to date with AutoCAD and Revit standards
  • Implement these software's throughout the business
  • Coordinate with other disciplines, control the flow of design information for projects, and carry out face to face meetings

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Relevant degree within a building services field
  • Relevant experience as a Building Services Revit Technician with the construction industry
  • Experience and a proven track record with Revit and CAD
  • Excellent communication and strong attention to detail
