We're seeking a Building Services Manager like you who wants to work on a variety of projects in terms of sector and value, for a business who have a very strong and stable pipeline in addition to significant purchasing power due to high cash levels (>£500m in the bank). You'll be kept on your toes building experience across MOD, MOJ, Education, Residential, Industrial, Healthcare and on projects ranging anywhere up to £100m in value.

As Building Services Manager, you'll be involved in both pre-construction and delivery of projects on site and manage up to 4 projects at any given time (2 tenders, 2 live). You'll work in a department of 5 which oversees the M&E for all projects within the East Midlands business unit. Based in Leicester, you'll mostly be office based but visiting sites across the patch.

The team you'll be joining is one that does not struggle with staff turnover, people tend to stick around in this business due to the fair and inclusive culture. You'll be given full training & development support, along with support gaining industry accreditations such as MCIOB. In addition to your salary, you'll receive a company car or £6.5K car allowance, pension 7.5% employer contribution, 28 days holiday, annual bonus amongst other benefits.
