Our client, a leading building consultancy are now seeking to recruit a Building Services Engineering Consultant/Surveyor for a hybrid role, based from Leeds.

The successful post holder will be responsible for providing building services technical support, and compliance advice , working with a broad spectrum of clients across a wide range of building types including Commercial, Residential, Industrial and Public Sector (Government, Schools, Hospitals), in both the Private and Public Sector.

Duties will include carrying out audits on the condition of clients M&E infrastructure, providing technical M&E expertise and advice on asset maintenance and plant replacement projects, producing maintenance specifications for maintenance contracts, and auditing M&E suppliers on compliance/performance.

Candidates do not need previous experience as a Building Services Consultant, but you should have strong building services (M&E) and compliance knowledge, good written and verbal skills and must be client facing.

A hybrid role, you'll divide your time working between client sites, home working, and seeing colleagues at the office. The role comes with a Salary up to £55,000, car allowance, bonus and a flexible benefits package.
