Experienced Building Manager needed for a 7 floor luxurious office building in London. Working for a luxury commercial property company, with a growing portfolio of serviced office space across Central London you will be joining their largest building in the heart of Mayfair.

Working in a team of two, you will act as the first point of contact for all visitors to the building, creating strong relationships with all tenants whilst ensuring the management, security, and smooth running of the building.

Responsibilities of the Building Manager:

  • To ensure the smooth running and security of the building, creating a 5-star experience for all tenants and visitors
  • Greeting tenants daily upon arrival, creating a close and trusting working relationship
  • Welcoming all visitors directing them to the appropriate floor
  • Managing a high volume of daily deliveries
  • Performing regular safety checks and addressing any issues
  • Reporting to operations any building issues or maintenance requests
  • Small event management

The successful Building Manager will have:

  • Previous experience as a Building Manager / Centre Manager / Corporate receptionist / Corporate Security / Concierge role for a large commercial / residential building.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and punctuality
  • A professional attitude and appearance, always going the extra mile
  • The ability to work independently and use initiative
