Pro-Found Recruitment are looking to recruit a Building Insurance Claims Surveyor for our client in Sheffield.

Are you experienced in building or insurance claims and are looking for your next challenge? If so we are looking to recruit experienced property insurance repairs surveyors to join our clients growing claims management team who provide insurance claims management and building reinstatement service to insurers and intermediaries.

Building Insurance Claims Surveyor Benefits

  • Salary: 27k to 36k DOE plus performance bonus
  • Holiday allowance: 28 days
  • Contract: Full-time, Permanent
  • Hours Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
  • Location: Sheffield
  • Pension after 3 months: 5% employee/3% company
  • Company Mobile phone
  • Van & fuel card

Building Insurance Claims Surveyor Role:

  • Surveying Claims
  • Building a scope of works
  • Liaising with Planners

Experience required:

  • Knowledge of the insurance industry related to Residential (Home and Commercial) property
  • Technical buildings knowledge.
  • Claims scoping and management software experience, Symbility, pulse would be preferred but not essential)
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Experience of working in a customer focused environment
  • IT literate with ability to learn new technology
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • A strong focus on customer service
  • Knowledge and experience of all insurance related perils such as fire, flood, escape of water and storm etc.
