Building Control Surveyor based in Manchester, £45-50ph PAYE - Reference: 0008 C040 / 1

To support the Building Control Team, we are seeking a qualified and experienced building control surveyor who is ideally Class 3 Registered by the Building Safety Regulator.

The surveyor will be predominantly office based in our central Manchester Office and provide support and supervision of inspectors at all levels (class 1 to 3) and sign off their work.

There is a significant amount of high rise and complex work that will need supervision, including a number of high-rise residential buildings, large commercial and mixed-use buildings as well as the more typical householder and smaller scale developments.

The post holder may be required to carry out inspections if needed, so must be prepared to use their own car to travel to and from site.

We would be looking for predominantly office based their will potentially be opportunity for home working a day a week

This is working full time hours on temporary contract.
