Seven Resourcing are currently recruiting a Building Control Plan Checker to start a new role in Manchester.   

We are seeking a qualified and experienced building control surveyor who is Class 3 Registered by the Building Safety Regulator.  

You will undertake the role independently with minimal supervision from the team at Manchester. You will work remotely with the potential to be office based if you prefer. Upon appointment, you would be required to attend the office to learn the processes and systems (potentially 1 or 2 days).

You would be required to attend the office for the first couple of days of appointment to learn the systems etc however after that the post would be home based.

Applicant Requirements:

Experience:  Experience of and be capable of plan checking complex building projects and high-rise residential schemes as well as general schemes for compliance with the Building Regulations and preferably with experience of safety at sports ground projects

Qualifications: Qualified to degree level or equivalent, in a related discipline and holds a professional membership of a building control related organisation

Compliance: Right to Work in the UK

Hours: 35 hours a week, remote
