Are you a compassionate and dedicated BSL support worker with experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or wanting to change careers? We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team in the education sector, providing one-to-one and group support to children with hearing impairments.

Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one support to students with hearing impairments through BSL ensuring their safety, well-being, and educational development.
* Collaborate with teachers and other support staff.
* Assist students in their day-to-day activities, fostering independence and promoting social interaction.
* Monitor and record student progress, reporting observations to the SENCO and other relevant staff.
* Establish positive relationships with students, promoting a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:
* You must be able to communicate through BSL.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability in responding to the unique requirements of each student.
* Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children with BSL.
