Exciting Opportunity for BSL 1:1 Teaching Assistant in Sutton!

Position: BSL 1:1 Teaching Assistant

Location: Sutton

Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Full-Time)

Pay: £80 to £95 daily

Join our dedicated team and become a key player in the educational development of two fantastic students. In the morning, immerse yourself in the vibrant world of Year 2, supporting a child with personalized attention and utilizing your BSL expertise to enhance their learning experience. Afternoon brings an exciting adventure with a Year 5 student, where your skills will continue to shine, creating an inclusive and enriching environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Morning session: Work closely with a Year 2 student, utilizing BSL to facilitate effective communication and enhance learning.

Afternoon session: Support a Year 5 student, fostering an inclusive atmosphere and aiding in their academic and social development.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficient in British Sign Language (BSL)
  • Experience working with children in an educational setting
  • Ability to engage and motivate students
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
