Broker Support Advisor

We are pleased to be working with a growing Specialist Lender in the Buy to Let space who are on the lookout for an ambitious, proactive Broker Support Advisor to join their team!

This is a hybrid role, with 2 days in the office in Bletchley, Milton Keynes, and 3 days a week from home. As a Broker Support Advisor, you will play a key role within the business, helping Brokers place their complex BTL Mortgage cases, answering their criteria queries, and being on hand to help them move their deals through the pipeline.

Our client are aware that as a Broker Support Advisor, you will have other ambitions for your own development, and they are regularly assigning projects to their Broker Support Advisors to help them with their progression. HOW? I hear you ask, well, Amy has always wanted to be a BDM, so she supports the field based team with their key accounts and growing their patch. Sophie, however, has a love for Marketing, and she works closely with the Marketing Manager on their campaigns and events. So whilst you will officially be a Broker Support Advisor, this role has so much more that it can offer!

You will work within a team of high performing Broker Support Advisors, be led by a highly experienced and personable Sales Leader, and you are sure to have great fun as well as developing your knowledge and skills along the way!

Who is our ideal Broker Support Advisor?

• CeMap 1-3 is essential for this role
• Our perfect candidate will have experience within the Mortgage sector, however if you have the right personality and drive, this is not essential
• Personality and attitude is a huge factor, you will need to be outgoing and memorable
