Broker Consultant / Business Development Manager - Specialist Lending

*** Candidates must have intermediary experience of Bridging Finance and / or BTL mortgages (HMO, Portfolio Landlords etc) ***

Our client is a highly successful specialist property finance lender based in London. Continued growth has led to an opening for a Broker Consultant / Business Development Manager to focus on building and developing successful relationships with mortgage intermediaries across the UK. You will be responsible for onboarding new brokers, nurturing existing relationship to maximise opportunities within Bridging Finance and professional BTL lending.

The role will be home based but will be required to travel to London a few times a month. You will also have the opportunity to be involved with Roadshows and Exhibitions.

Experienced required:

  • A minimum of three years’ experience in the Mortgage or Financial Services Industry
  • Must have experience as a Business Development Manager within the property finance sector.
  • In-depth experience of BTL or Bridging Finance required
  • Ideally with business development experience for a mortgage / property finance lender
  • A background of successful relationship building or client management
  • Excellent call handling, listening and influencing skills
  • Proactive team player - ability to work on own initiative; solo and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic with the drive to succeed and deliver results

£30 - 45k Basic + Excellent Bonus + Benefits (Dependent on experience)

£75k OTE
