Bridging Loan Portfolio Assistant

We are pleased to be working with a leading bridging finance provider based in London, who fast and flexible bridging loans to their valued intermediaries and clients.

The Loan Portfolio Assistant will support the management and administration of the loan portfolio. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a good understanding of lending principles. The successful candidate will work closely with the Portfolio Manager to ensure the effective management of our loan portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of the loan portfolio
  • Review loan documentation
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or issues
  • Maintain up-to-date records of loan documents
  • Prepare regular reports on the loan portfolio
  • Conduct analysis of loan portfolio trends
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports
  • Assist in the preparation and review of loan documents
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of lending regulations and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams

Skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in lending, loan administration, or portfolio management is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse complex loan data and identify trends.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Understanding of lending principles, loan documentation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
