We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Brand Partnerships Manager to join a world leading luxury retail brand organisation with strong connections to the HNW market place across the globe. Your overall role will be to connect and make strategic sales partnerships with local and national leisure focused organisations (e.g. luxury hotel groups, travel organisations , luxury leisure groups and similar tourism focused organisations) to attract visitors and guests to their venue.

Location of the job
Oxfordshire. 1 day a week office based, 4 days a week work from home/travel to meet clients. This is predominantly a field based role. You must be based in the Oxfordshire / Buckinghamshire / Northamptonshire etc area

Language requirements for the job
Fluency in English is essential. Fluency also in another language is an advantage but not essential

Job responsibilities of the Partnerships Manager
As Partnerships Manager, you will focus on the development of partnerships with local/UK wide partners (luxury hotel groups, travel organisations leisure groups and similar tourism focused organisations) to attract visitors and guests to their venue.

You role will typically include the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Account Manage a portfolio of partners from the hotel/leisure/travel sector, building, maintaining and developing strong relationships with them
  • Identify and create marketing opportunities to increase visitors to the venue (social media campaigns, apps, newsletters)
  • Work closely with the UK PR Team on all campaigns and activities
  • Manage your sales pipeline
  • Design a sales strategy for each partner
  • Develop relationships with 4/5* hotels to build visitor packages, working with the hotels etc to encourage their guests to discover the venue
  • Develop partnerships with corporate bodies including credit card companies, banks, high net worth businesses and closed user groups to increase the usage of all transport solutions and purchase of packages and gift cards
  • Promote partnership event opportunities
  • Tailored packages for sale through third parties and via the online booking portal
  • Promotion of sales of visitor vouchers to partners
  • The distribution of all Marketing materials and seed campaign videos with partners
  • Attend Tourism Marketing events, trade shows, seminars as required



The successful candidate background

  • Fluency in English is essential. Fluency also in another language is an advantage but not essential
  • Have a business development / sales / partnership sales background - not essential from the hotel sector but preferable (Hotels, Tour Operators etc.)
  • An understanding of how to sell luxury - a passion for fashion and brands is a big advantage
  • Knowledge of working with countryside hotels, luxury hotels an advantage
  • Experience of working with the markets of the USA / India / Middle East / China is advantageous but not essential
  • Be very self-motivated and strong at relationship building
  • Be comfortable working in a field based and mostly working alone at all times
  • Live in the Oxfordshire, Milton Keynes, Northamptonshire , Buckinghamshire area
  • Be able to drive and have access to a car
  • Please note this is a field based role so at least 3 days a week will be spent around Oxfordshire area
