Within this role, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing the brand’s visibility and presence. You will become a brand ambassador creating content, managing media relations, and helping to deliver company plans.

This role will certainly allow you to make an impact as it’s working for a charity, so if you’re keen to be part of a role where you have an opportunity to make a genuine difference, this could be a great fit for you. 

12-month fixed-term contract.

Hybrid basis - with 2 days in the office in Rugby.

So, what does the role entail?

  • Working with PR agencies to manage activity. Take responsibility for PR campaigns and plans, coordinating sign-offs and interviews with relevant spokespeople and assisting in the development of future media strategies to ensure we are creating impact and engagement with key audiences.
  • Create engaging content for internal and external communications channels.
  • Work closely with the internal teams to support the culture workstream to form a unified organisation.
  • Shape and deliver influencer strategies that amplify brand storytelling and drive awareness
  • Lead the development of planning case stories and testimonials to help humanise the brand
  • Work to an agreed budget associated with the brand and communications plan

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • In-depth knowledge of PR and communication channels.
  • Project management skills.
  • To be people-focused when developing communications plans.
  • Experienced working with external agencies.
  • Managing budgets.
  • Experience in the creative development and production process of integrated campaigns.
