Branch Supervisor

Salary:

£26,125 per annum + Bonus

We have an exciting new challenge/ next step for someone to join one of our Plumb & Parts branches as a Branch Supervisor, working as part of a team of 3 in Bideford (EX39 3HN).

You will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Branch Manager with meeting targets, maintaining sales availability, scheduling and ensuring health and safety

• Stepping up to oversee the branch in the BM's absence

• Building and maintaining productive relationships with customers and suppliers, resolving issues

• Manual handling goods, picking and packing, warehouse work, office paper work and serving customers on the trade counter and on the phone

This is full time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, either 7:30am-4:30pm or 8am-5pm. Flexibility is needed to work 1 in 3 Saturdays each month - 8am - 12pm (paid as overtime).

• A customer focused/sales/retail or trade background

• Previous management experience is preferrable

• Ability to step up and supervise the branch when necessary

• Confident, resilient, adaptable individual

• Great communication, good at building relationships, team player

• ?Ability to learn quickly, be hands on and work at pace
