  • Branch Manager - Estate Agency - Stockport £35k + Package
Independent Estate Agent is seeking a motivated Branch Manager to lead our expanding team at Hazel Grove.
If you thrive on delivering exceptional customer service and possess strong leadership skills, then this role is perfect for you. With a competitive basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000 plus uncapped commission potential, this is an exciting opportunity to grow alongside a thriving business.

You'll enjoy Mondays to Fridays from 9 am till 5 pm and receive a car allowance. 

  • Lead and motivate a dynamic team of 5/6 staff to drive the branch's growth and maintain exceptional service standards
  • Utilize your estate agency experience to manage and expand our business, working with the support of the Directors
  • Enjoy a comprehensive package including a basic salary, uncapped commission, and free parking with a car allowance
Preferred Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in estate agency, with a self-employed mindset and a detail-oriented approach
  • Proven track record in sales management, valuations, and leadership with excellent valuation conversion rate
  • Strong IT skills, attention to detail, and a full clean UK driving license
  • Passionate about working as part of a team that's dedicated to delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-expanding environment while maintaining a high level of focus on compliance and new business opportunities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar Branch Manager or related role within the estate agency industry
  • An industry-recognized qualification such as a relevant degree or certification
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to professional developmen
