Are you an experienced Branch Manager following for a new opportunity that offers a great salary package?

We've recently taken on a new position with our client, a multi-award-winning Estate Agency, who are looking for an experienced individual to join their close-knit team in Kendal as a Branch Manager.

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
  • 1 in every 3 Saturdays between 9.00 am – 12.00 pm

The successful Branch Manager will be offered:

  • A brilliant basic of up to £40,000 (dependent on experience)

Branch Manager requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Estate Agency
  • To have previous experience as a Senior Valuer or Branch Manager
  • A previous proven track record for winning sales instructions
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Able to support the team 
  • Driven and hungry for success
  • Have the ability to think on your feet
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal 

As a Branch Manager, your role will involve:

  • Manage day-to-day running of the office
  • Conducting valuations and winning business
  • Dealing with complaints
  • Being the driving force behind the team
  • Negotiation on business
  • Setting KPIs for members of the team
  • Maximise profit and income.
