Exciting Opportunity in Bearsted: Branch Manager Position!

Our esteemed recruitment agency is thrilled to present a compelling opportunity for a Branch Manager in Bearsted. This role offers a competitive basic salary of £29,000 and an attractive OTE of £70,000, complemented by perks such as a company car or car allowance.

Role Overview:

As a Branch Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of our Bearsted branch. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations, manage a team of Mortgage Advisors, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will set sales targets, develop strategies to achieve them, and implement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of Mortgage Advisors to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase market share in Bearsted and surrounding areas.
  • Monitor branch performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and stakeholders to drive business development and enhance the branch's reputation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the mortgage or financial services industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • CeMAP qualification or equivalent certification is desirable but not essential.
