Branch Manager

Our client, a well-established, independent, and highly successful Estate Agency is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join their thriving team in Bradford.
Working hours:
- Monday - Thursday 9.00am -5:00pm,
- Alternative Saturdays 9:00am - 12pm
The successful Branch Manager will be offered:
- Basic £25,000 - £35,000
- OTE up to £45,000+ (Uncapped)
To be considered for the Branch Manager role you must have the following:
- Experience as a Branch Manager
- Excellent Leadership skills
- Target driven individual.
- Full Drivers Licence
- Brilliant Rapport building skills
- Knowledgeable, driven, and Positive individual
- Commercially minded.
- Commercially driven.
- Full clean UK driving license.
As a Branch Manager, your role will involve:
- Managing the Branch Team
- Overseeing Branch
- Setting KPIs for the team
- Undertaking team meetings
- Help grow the business.
- Mortgage and conveyancing referrals
