Branch Manager

Our client, a well-established, independent, and highly successful Estate Agency is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join their thriving team in Bradford.

Working hours:

• Monday - Thursday 9.00am -5:00pm,
• Alternative Saturdays 9:00am - 12pm

The successful Branch Manager will be offered:

• Basic £25,000 - £35,000
• OTE up to £45,000+ (Uncapped)

To be considered for the Branch Manager role you must have the following:

• Experience as a Branch Manager
• Excellent Leadership skills
• Target driven individual.
• Full Drivers Licence
• Brilliant Rapport building skills
• Knowledgeable, driven, and Positive individual
• Commercially minded.
• Commercially driven.
• Full clean UK driving license.

As a Branch Manager, your role will involve:

• Managing the Branch Team
• Overseeing Branch
• Setting KPIs for the team
• Undertaking team meetings
• Help grow the business.
• Mortgage and conveyancing referrals
