Branch Manager
Our client is looking for an experienced individual to take the reigns of one of their top 5 branches across the whole of their network. This is a great opportunity for someone to take over an already successful office and grow it even further.
Area: Bearsted, Kent
Company: Large Corporate
Hours: Mon – Fri 9am - 5.30pm (Sat 9am - 5pm)
You will be required to work Saturdays on a rota basis, when working a Saturday, you are given any weekday off (Your choice) as a day in Lieu.
Tasks
- Holding daily Meetings with your staff/colleagues to talk through your day and set goals
- Responding to enquiries from property portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla and on the market by phone and email
- Arrange and conduct valuations
- Maintain database of potential vendors
- Attend valuations
- Vendor touting/canvassing
- Provide training to staff
- Negotiate offers with both buyers and vendors
- Setting and Hitting sales targets KPI’s on a weekly/monthly basis
- Complaint handling
- Carrying out monthly 1 to 1 meetings with staff
- Managing profit and loss for office/branch
- Responsible for setting and maintaining customer service
- Overseeing the sale process with each staff member so each sale runs smoothly to completion
