Branch Manager

Our clients, a forward-thinking and successful Estate Agency based in Accrington, are looking to recruit an experienced Branch Manager to join their fantastic team.

Working hours:

• Monday - Friday
• Alternate Saturdays (1 lieu day per month)

Our client is offering the successful Branch Manager:

• A basic salary of £27,500 - £30,000
• Commission and team performance with OTE of £35,000 - £37,500 per annum.
• Business Mileage paid
• Free Parking provided

As a Branch Manager, your role will involve:

• Conducting Team Morning meetings
• Attending Valuations
• Gaining Instructions
• Overseeing Branch
• Setting team targets

To be considered for the Branch Manager role you must have the following:

• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent knowledge of Estate Agency
• Strong listing experience and track record.
