My client is a Multi office and brand, market leader with offices all over Kent, Sussex and Surrey.

They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager in one of their top 5 offices based in the lovely village of Bearsted.

You will be managing a team of 5 people and this office is the market leader for sales in the area with nearly 29% market share.

The Job

·Our customers’ experience starts with YOU! So whether we are helping people to buy or sell their home, you will need to make them feel welcomed and looked after as soon as you meet them.
·Assisting to successfully present and negotiate offers and helping where necessary to progress and manage sales
·We provide a Premium Service so you could be prospecting for new properties to sell, arranging viewings or booking appointments for the additional services we supply such as mortgages, conveyancing etc.
·Building market share
·Managing the Team

The Package
·Basic Salary: £30,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 3 months)
·On Target Earnings: £70,000
·Company Car or Car allowance (up to £4000)

Hours:

·Monday to friday 8.30 - 5.30
