BRANCH MANAGER DAY TO DAY

Your role will be leading the branch team and growing the customer base and loyalty, through great teamwork and customer service. We’re looking for not only great Branch Managers, but also great leaders, in order to drive the business forward and champion new initiatives. You will be expected to work closely with your Area Manager and enjoy being part of the wider area team.

37.5 Hours over any 5 days from 7

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Building customer relationships, creating a great branch atmosphere and customer loyalty
• Ensuring the team are fully trained on company wide campaigns, and are communicated out to our customers
• Accepting of bets, accurate settlements, and payment of winning bets in accordance with company procedures
• Monitoring the activity of our competitors, making sure we’re ahead of the game
• Managing the Performance of the branch team
• Training new starters through to sign off
• Taking all possible steps to provide a safe working environment to comply with company policy
• Responsible for the overall performance and standards of the branch

REQUIREMENTS

• A knowledge of betting available within the shop, and a good knowledge of sporting events
• Numeracy and the ability to keep accurate records to avoid cash shortages
• Ideally 2 years’ experience within the industry but not essential
