Adecco are proud to be working with an expanding company who are seeking a Bookkeeper. Our client is offering excellent benefits including, onsite parking, free lunches, health insurance, death in service cover, holiday and pension

Salary: Between - £28,000 to £37,000 p/a

Working days: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Duration of contract: Permanent

Location: Stanford Le Hope

Duties:

  • Process customer and supplier transactions
  • Managing fixed asset register
  • Post journal entries
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Input purchase invoices, reports, expenses etc
  • Assist with other account duties
  • Run cost saving exercises
  • Assist Financial Controller with VAT Returns, Month End (including balance sheet reconciliations, maintenance of Prepayments & Accruals, Management accounts variance analysis) and Year End closedowns

Skills:

  • Experience in accounts
  • AAT Level 3 minimum qualification
  • Advanced knowledge & experience using SAGE 50 accounts
  • Computer literate
