Bookkeeper

• Hourly Rate: £11.44 - £13.42

We are currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our installation company based in Medway on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately and have relevant experience in bookkeeping.

• Maintaining financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
• Working closely with our team to process invoices, track bank account balances, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Managing company ledgers and ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Preparing balance sheets and income statements.
• Assisting with budget preparation and preparing the trial balance.
• Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and controls.

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping practices and principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial information.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Immediate availability to take on the temporary role.
