This is a great opportunity for a Bookkeeper to join a growing team in a firm of Chartered Accountants in Guildford. Our client is flexible in their approach to recruiting for this role and will welcome applications from part-time and full-time Bookkeepers and offers Hybrid working.

Your role will be to take responsibility for a small portfolio of clients and offer them an inclusive service:

  • Handling their day-to-day bookkeeping duties
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Preparing quarterly VAT returns
  • Preparing monthly management accounts and quarterly management accounts
  • Extensive client contact every day
  • Using Cloud-based technology such as Xero

The ideal candidate: Should have a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, experience with VAT returns, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Salary and Benefits: In addition to a comprehensive range of benefits a salary band of £34,000 - £38,000 has been set by Fletcher George for this Bookkeeper role as a guide based on full-time hours.
