Established, financially stable and growing construction company have a new and exciting part time bookkeeping or accounts assistant to join their finance team as soon as possible.

Working in bright and airy offices overlooking the river, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organisation who are experiencing stead growth and are leaders in their field.

Supporting a nurturing and supportive head of finance, as the bookkeeper or accounts assistant, you will be responsible for the following using Xero accountancy software:

• Cashbooks
• Sales ledger
• Purchase ledger
• VAT returns
• Helping the Accountant with administrative duties
• Managing employee expense claims

Ideally you will have previous experience working within the property sector, construction or an accountancy practice.

• Be AAT qualified
• Have advanced MS Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs and Formulars
• Proficient user of Xero accounting software

The bookkeeper or accounts assistant may also be known as a finance assistant.
