Are you an experienced Bookkeeper looking to join a family owned business in a small accounts team?

An established leader in their field this independent business is continually growing. This new role in the Finance team is to support with their long term success. You will oversee accounting procedures, invoices, payment runs, aged debtor payments, company expenses, reconciliations, month end, year end and VAT.

Working full time on-site in their distribution centre in Witham this role is perfect if you are eager to join a fast paced team in a vibrant and supportive business.

What will you do as a Bookkeeper?

  • Process Daily Sales Ledger postings and cash receipts
  • Purchase Invoice Processing
  • Bank Reconciliation's
  • Supplier Statement Reconciliation's
  • Prepare Debtor Chaser letters


What experience will you need as a Bookkeeper?

  • Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant
  • Excellent knowledge of reporting
  • Working knowledge of financial software and MS Office
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A problem-solver with attention to detail
