**Responsibilities:**

- Handle supplier and debtor invoices, ensuring timely payments.

- Conduct account balancing and bank reconciliations.

- Prepare VAT returns and EC Sales List submissions.

- Monitor VAT deadlines and assist with management accounts.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Manage aged listings and handle financial paperwork.

- Execute ad hoc duties as required.

**Requirements:**

- Familiarity with Xero and Quickbooks online is advantageous.

- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational capabilities.

- Proficiency in Excel and general IT skills.

- Effective time management skills, meeting tight deadlines.

- Ideally, possess 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience with external clients and familiarity with cloud accounting software.
