My client is a specialist property and construction consultancy who deliver a wide range of services to clients in a variety of industry sectors. It ranges from retail , commercial, education, healthcare, and housing. They are a multi-disciplinary consultancy working with some of the most prestigious public and private sector clients throughout the UK and Europe.
Their philosophy of 'strategy, support and partnership' is applied to each and every project that is undertaken, from the understanding of their clients' needs, through to the construction process and handover to occupation.
The role itself you will need experience in bookkeeping and accounts. You will be responsible for recording and maintain a company’s daily financial transactions . You will also prepare reports for the managers and trial balances to assist the accountants. As well as helping run payroll, collect debts, generate invoices, and make payments.
Responsibilities
• Extensive SAGE 50 Accounts and Payroll experience
• Responsible for Sales and Purchase Invoice processing
• Purchase Ledger control
• Credit control
• Bookkeeping
• VAT submission
• Bank Payments
• Payroll (including RTI Submissions to HMRC)
• Uploading weekly employee pension earnings via Enrolex
• Updating management with daily hires
- Computer skills
