Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to add to their team with an Accounts Assistant who can support them with Bookkeeping and Accounts preparation. This is a fantastic opportunity to get experience within an Accountancy Practice where you will get exposure to all aspect of Accounts, Bookkeeping and Tax.
Duties will include:
- Data entry, Invoices & management of Suppliers billing/invoice
- Bank & Credit Card reconciliations
- Monitoring customer accounts: debt management & credit control
- Prepare Year End Accounts / Quarterly VAT returns
- Assist in the production of monthly accounts and reports including fixed assets register, aged creditors, balance sheet, P&L
- Regular use of Xero, Sage and QuickBooks software
