Full Time Accountant / Bookkeeper

Central London / Knightsbridge

£40,000 - £50,000 per annum

A great opportunity has arisen to join the successful and fast-growing UHNWI’s family office based in Central London.

Candidate will join the existing established accounts team, to support and assist their daily tasks.

This is a full-time position Mon -Fri working from office.

The successful candidate should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience supporting an accounts department, with basic accounts knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel.
  • Should be able to demonstrate a flexible "cando" attitude.
  • A team-player mind set, and the ability to work on their own initiative.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Accounts payable, accounts receivable and nominal ledger.
  • Processing of purchase ledger payments across multiple companies and currencies.
  • Monitor and process expenses.
  • Reconciliation of credit cards.
  • Credit card analysis - processing large amounts of transactions on a weekly basis for multiple cardholders.
  • Processing staff expenses.
  • Monthly payment reports and bank payments.
  • Complete checks on all payment request against contract and budget, apply procedures.
  • Ad-hoc finance related admin tasks.

AAT/ACCA/CIMA student or member would be of a great advantage.
