Bookings Coordinator

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working with a growing retail business, with the appointment of a Bookings Coordinator to join their team near Avonmouth.

The company are seeking an organised individual with fantastic UK Geography knowledge. You will be working very closely with both the customer service agents and field sales representatives, in order to schedule home visit appointments. This fast-paced role will see you taking ownership of planning all the travel routes for the sales representatives, aiming to reduce mileage, costs and time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Courtesy calls to client confirm upcoming bookings.
• Handling any booking related customer queries.
• Executing strategic plans to meet sales targets and objectives.
• Updating the bookings board to reflect any changes and cancellations.
• Ensuring all bookings are scheduled correctly and maintaining the booking system.
• Managing admin tasks such as tracking monthly milage costs, bookings hotels, distributing marketing material etc.

Skills required:

• You must have incredible UK Geography knowledge and know postcodes.
• Previous experience in bookings or logistics.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.

Extra details:

• Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 5:00pm.
• Office based, Avonmouth.
• Must have own vehicle, no public transport links.
