Monday-Friday (37.5 per week)

Shift Pattern: 8am - 4pm / 9am - 5pm / 10am - 6pm on a rota basis

As a Bookings Partner, you will provide exceptional first line support to all our workers across Bank Partners. This is an exciting opportunity that offers career progression within a global organisation and also offers the opportunity to join a new, vibrant team in our modern Newcastle-Under-Lyme office.

Every day you will…

  • Proactively calling candidates to ascertain availability, targeting suitable candidates for priority shifts, and building the pipeline by encouraging candidates to upload future availability.
  • Providing clients with regular updates on the progress of priority shifts
  • Ensure maintenance of accurate records of workers, correctly recording all interactions on a database.
  • Checking and replying to emails sent to the Bookings inbox in a timely manner
  • Maintaining a sound knowledge of available candidates’ skills and experience and the expectations of trust management
