BOM Validation Engineer - 39489 - £23.04/hr umbrella rate

Do you have engineering experience, and are you seeking a new contract in Gaydon? Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a BOM Validation Engineer, and the role comes with a umbrella contract rate of £23.05 per hour (Inside IR35).

As a BOM Validation Engineer, you will conduct a bill of material validation for pre-production build phases. This will include creating the validation files and metrics and contacting the engineers to validate the parts and recording the results on the validation document.

In your first few weeks in this BOM Validation Engineer role, you can expect to:

• Ensure all error states are understood, corrective actions are defined and appropriate issue resolution documentation is completed
• Publish a daily status night letter during validation activities and lead handover meetings with stakeholders.

To apply for this BOM Validation Engineer role, you will need experience in a similar role. You will also require the following:

• BOM experience
• Understanding how a logical structure works within a BOM is key with high attention to detail
• Competency in Excel, with a broad IT understanding
• Confidence in communication with all levels.
